Don't Forget.....
PE kits need to be worn every Monday.
Your child needs to bring their reading book bag to school every day. Please try to read your child's decodable book with them at least 4 times a week and remember to sign and comment on their 'Phonic Focus' sheet. Your child's decodable book and sharing book will be collected in every Thursday.
Homework will be set on Dojo every Friday. Spellings will be linked to the ELS graphemes and harder to read and spell words for that week. Please try to practise these throughout the week. The children will be tested on the following Friday. The children will also complete a simple maths task at home too, which will consolidate the maths concepts taught in class.
Sharing books will be chosen and sent home every Friday. Enjoy sharing these books with your child and return them back to school the following Thursday.
