Welcome to Chapel End Primary School. We hope that you enjoy your visit. Before you proceed, please read the following information and indicate to a member of our office staff that you have read and understood it. Thank you.

Any safeguarding concerns that you may have must be reoprted to a designated safeguarding leader before the end of your visit.

If you have any queries relating to special educational needs, please contact our school SENDCO, Mrs Montrose. 

Contractors

Could all contractors contact our site manager Mr Oakes on arrival. 


 

Fire safety

In the event of a fire alarm, please exit the building using the routes indicated on the fire evacuation posters that are displayed in communal areas around the school. Please note that the fire alarm is tested weekly at 7:30AM each Friday. 

Mobile Devices

In line with our safeguarding and childprotection, e-safety and acceptable user policies, mobile deveices should not be used by visitors on the school site. If it is essential that a mobile device is to be used, please request authorisation from a designated senior leader. 

Health and Safety

The regulations set out in the school health and safety policy must be adhered to at all times. To help prevent the spread of COVID 19, please use the track and trace QR code in the school reception area and give your details to a member of our office staff. 

First Aid

If you require first aid, contact Miss Charnock. Our first aid room is located on the ground floor opposite the staffroom. A difibrilator is located in here along with first aid kits.

School Code of Conduct

Chapel End Primary School has a published code of conduct that must be adhered to by all adults. If you wish to read it, the code of conduct can be accessed using the tab at the bottom of this page.
